Assign Plan: 'Assign Plan' is the process of linking a particular sales plan to an individual salesperson.
Step1: Assign Individual Participants
Select Plan Template: Choose the plan you intend to assign to the user in this step.
The Employee <Select Employee> who has the role of an {} belongs to Department [] & reports to ().
<> : Choose the user you want to assign the plan to.
{}** : Observe the assigned role for the user, such as individual contributor, manager, leader, or admin.
[]** : Check out the department that the user belongs to.
()** : Check the user's manager details here.
**This information will only be visible you have entered the data in the users Personal Details
Salary Information: (All information must be entered in the user's local currency.)
OTE: OTE stands for "On-Target Earnings." It represents the total compensation an employee can potentially earn in a sales or performance-based role, including both their base salary and variable components like commissions, bonuses, and incentives.
Base: The base salary is the fixed amount of regular compensation for an employee, unaffected by performance or additional factors. In our application, input the agreed-upon fixed amount for the employee's regular pay.
Variable: Variable salary is the part of compensation tied to performance and can include bonuses or commissions. It varies based on individual or team achievements.
Time Frame: Select the Start Date and End Date of the Plan.
For Example- If your Financial Year starts from January and ends in December, then Select Start Date - January 1st, 2024 to End Date - December 31st, 2024.
Attach Plan Document: Using this, Admin can attach their own Commission plan document structure. It will be visible to all the participants of the respective plan in their login. (Only pdf supported, Max size: 10MB)
Step2: Program Details
In this section, assess each component of the plan you're assigning to the user. Here, you can specify quota and variables for each component based on the assigned quota and variable to the user.
Note: You can input a target for a component only if, during the component creation phase, you selected that the component has a target. Otherwise, the field will appear greyed out.
Step3: Review & Submit
In this section, carefully review all the selections made in the preceding two steps. If needed, feel free to go back and make edits before submitting.
