Visdum lets you onboard multiple users seamlessly. Admin can set up new users or participants to the system, set up their commission plan, assign them a team, manager and department.
Using the interface
Login to Visdum Dashboard using your admin account. On the left side panel, under Users section, go to Employees, select “Add New User”
You will be prompted to fill in the details of the users such as Name, Email Id, Role, Currency, Designation, Reporting Manager, Teams, Departments.
Once you have completed filling out the relevant details, select “Save User”
From the CRM using User Sync
User Mapping allows you to sync and fetch Users directly from the source system CRMs like Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
On the left side panel under Users section, click on Employees and Select “User Data Streams”
Under Stream Details, Select connected “App”. Example - Hubspot
User Mapping & Ordering : Select mandatory fields to do user mapping like First Name, Last email, Email Id, etc.
Once the fields are mapped, preview the details before selecting Submit.
Fetch Users - Once the above steps are completed, select Fetch Users to see all user details automatically fetched from the source system integrated (Hubspot, Salesforce)
Select all or choose specific users to add them into the user participants list.
