Approve Earnings

In Visdum, Admin can verify and get the approval for the commission earnings before being finalized for payout to the Sales representatives.

On the left side panel, under the Computation Panel, go to Approval and Select “Initiate Approval”

• On Initiating approval, the transactions for which commissions statements are generated will appear. 
• Select all or specific transactions that need to be sent for approval and click on “Next”

In case approval is not required from another user, Admin can proceed by selecting “Approve Now”. Else, select “Send for Approval” to specify the approver name from the dropdown. 

Once submitted, the transaction's details will go to the approver as an email alert and notification to the recipient for approving the selected transactions.
